Hello from Footscray

Posted by shigga on January 8, 2010 at 9:11 pm.

Here’s the copy of the letter I received from Footscray:

Please do not affix your posters on any wall or amenity within the city of Footscray

I attempted the removal of your posters from Council bins and various walls but could not due to the manner they are fully glued

I recorded all found posters locations and any further posters will be considered for Court prosecution under summons.

Affixing of posters is considered to be litter under the environment protection Act (litter Act)

Please request shop owner’s permission to affix your posters on the inside of shop windows.
